For AmFi (referred to, jointly with its affiliates, as “AmFi” or “we”), it is extremely important to respect and protect the privacy of visitors to the website, users that register for an account, borrowers, investors, or any other data subject whose information we may have access (the “Users”). This privacy policy (the “Policy”) has the purpose of guaranteeing transparency and control in the way in which AmFi can obtain, collect, store, disclose, or in any form process information and personal data of Users. Esta Política é dirigida a Usuários e Usuários em potencial que usam o Site https://amfi.finance/ e que estão de alguma forma relacionados ou envolvidos em uma transação com a AmFi pessoalmente, por telefone ou por escrito e, em geral, a qualquer pessoa cujos Dados Pessoais estão sendo ou serão processados por nós.
